The traveler’s wallet
MyTravelConnect will be your travel wallet: a personal space to gather your bookings, then choose which information your AI travel assistants and travel services may use, for what purpose and for how long.

The planned journey
Your bookings are scattered across carriers, hotels, agencies and your mailbox, and every service asks you for the same information again. MyTravelConnect will gather them in your wallet, and make them available to AI travel assistants and travel services only with your agreement, one request at a time.
You will be able to connect your mailbox if you wish; Gmail will be the first. MyTravelConnect will spot your bookings from the sender, subject and date, and will open a message only after you approve its sender.
Each piece of information will reach your wallet with its source and status: to review, or confirmed by you. You will be able to correct it.
When an assistant or a service needs information, you will see who asks, for what purpose, which fields and for how long. You will accept or decline, and can withdraw your agreement at any time.
Three separate decisions. Creating your account, connecting your mailbox and sharing information are three separate decisions, and you can undo each one without affecting the others: signing in with Google does not open your mailbox, and connecting your mailbox shares nothing.
An example
A travel assistant could suggest a transfer that fits your arrival, if you allow it to use the information it needs. You will see its request before deciding: who makes it, for what purpose, which fields, for how long.
No box is checked in advance, and declining is as easy as accepting. A receipt records your decision.
Fictional example: no account is connected and no data is sent.
asks to use:
A receipt will record your decision; you can withdraw your agreement at any time.

No real traveler data will be processed until each of our commitments has been verified.
Our commitments
These commitments are written into MyTravelConnect’s founding rules. They will apply from the first version, and each will be verified before any real data is processed.
Read in memory just long enough to extract the travel information, then deleted: no database, file, log or backup. They stay on infrastructure Themis-X controls, analyzed by AI models it operates there; no outside AI service receives them.
MyTravelConnect will first look only at a message’s sender, subject and date. It will read the content only after you approve that sender.
Not only when you give it. A withdrawal stops any transmission at once; the recipient is told and must delete what it received, unless the law requires it to keep it.
Each recipient receives an identifier created for it alone, never your email address: two services cannot recognize you by comparing their identifiers. Your address is passed on only if you authorize it, like any other information.
Your data will never be sold or used for advertising. Gmail data will train no AI model; nor will your other data, without your explicit and separate consent.
Themis-X, notified to Arcep as a data intermediary, uses your data only to make it available to the recipients you choose, and applies the same rules to all.
Your wallet will be hosted in France by OVHcloud.
Google and Gmail
MyTravelConnect’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Read the privacy policyNo. It only identifies you: MyTravelConnect receives your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture. Gmail access will need a separate authorization, which you can decline or withdraw.
Google’s read-only permission technically covers your whole mailbox. MyTravelConnect will limit itself: first the metadata (sender, subject, date) to spot bookings, then the content of messages from senders you have approved, and nothing else. It will never send, change or delete a message.
Only the AI travel assistants and travel services you authorize, for the feature shown in their request (the first: Gen4Travel’s Inspiration assistant, which suggests trip ideas), and only the fields you choose. Your emails themselves are never sent to anyone. Our technical providers are named in the privacy policy.
The withdrawal takes effect immediately at MyTravelConnect: nothing more is sent. The recipient is told and must delete what it received, unless the law requires it to keep it; you will see its answer in your wallet. Disconnecting Gmail, withdrawing a sharing authorization and closing your wallet are three separate actions.
Not Gmail data, nor anything extracted from it. Your other wallet data trains no model either, unless you give explicit and separate consent, which you are not asked for.
Gen4Travel, EONA-X, Themis-X
A research and development project of 3.7 million euros, winner of the France 2030 call for projects on accelerating the uses of generative AI in the economy. It builds an agentic-AI digital commons for tourism and three AI travel assistants: Inspiration, Disruption and Reduced mobility.
Within it, identity and consent are led by Digital New Deal Do Tank and Docaposte; MyTravelConnect is the traveler’s building block.
Coordinated by EONA-X, with Accor, Amadeus, Groupe ADP, Capgemini, Docaposte and Digital New Deal Do Tank among others. Linagora and Mistral AI take part as subcontractors to the consortium.

The mobility, transport and tourism data space: a non-profit association founded in 2022, based in Paris, which grew out of the European Gaia-X initiative. Its common rules let companies and public bodies exchange data with confidence.
MyTravelConnect is designed to work within it: your data will move there only with your agreement.
Founding members: Groupe ADP, Air France-KLM, Aéroport Marseille Provence, Amadeus, SNCF and Renault Group.
The operator of MyTravelConnect: a simplified joint-stock company based in Paris, co-founded by Arno Pons and Olivier Dion and incubated by Digital New Deal Do Tank.
Themis-X is notified to Arcep, the French regulator, as a provider of data intermediation services under the EU Data Governance Act, and is listed in the European Commission’s public register.
MyTravelConnect is developed with Linagora, the direct technical partner of Themis-X and Digital New Deal Do Tank.

Gen4Travel is supported by the French State under France 2030, through the call for projects on accelerating the uses of generative AI in the economy, operated by Bpifrance on behalf of the State.
MyTravelConnect is separate from Gen4Travel’s assistants: none of them operates it, and none can access your wallet without your agreement.
